Offering a part time position with the ability to earn full time

Daily Tasks:

1. Answering phone calls

2. Re-directing phone calls

3. Taking CC payments over the phone

4. Checking Emails

5. Checking Voicemails

6. Filing Termite Files

7. Filing Repair Files

Weekly Tasks:

1. Collection calls 15-30 days (courtesy call/open invoice)

2. CL-100 payment calls

3. Initial/SS payment calls

4. Termite 4th renewal calls

5. Charging CC on file for monthly payments

6. Verifying addresses on mailings that come back

7. Scan in T&R/PC service agreements to the accounts

8. Go through paid vs. non paid files for Repair work

• Lexington, SC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
